After logging in to Analytics Cloud for the first time, the workspace does not show up

Issue

  • We have a license for Analytics Cloud but when we log in on analytics.liferay.com, we do not see our or any workspaces.
  • The following message can be seen:
    You are not a part of any workspaces, let us create a new one.

  • Analytics Cloud

Resolution

  • This happens because a form needs to be filled in with data that only you can decide. After that, your workspace will be created.
  • Please fill in the form here: Liferay Analytics Cloud Workspace Details Form and wait to receive an e-mail about your workspace that was created.
  • If you are still unable to access your workspace, please follow the instructions below.
