Portlet's title (web content display (global)) is shown instead of the web content's title

Issue

• Web Content Display doesn't display Global Web Content's title.

• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Start the server
  2. Create a global web content
  3. Put a web content display on a page, select global scope, and display the web content in it
  Observed Behavior: Portlet's title (WEB CONTENT DISPLAY (GLOBAL)) is shown instead of the web content's title.
  Expected Behavior: Web content's title should be displayed.

Environment

• Liferay DXP 7.4

Resolution

• The observed behavior is a known bug that has been addressed in Liferay-dxp-7.4-update63 and above
