Known Issue: Customer Portal occasionally displays blank pages

This article documents a known issue:
When visiting the Customer Portal site, some users may see a blank page instead of the expected content, such as the available Projects or the Project Overview information.


While the Liferay team works on a solution, if you are one of the affected users, please follow these steps to restore functionality:

  1. Sign out of your account by accessing this link.
  2. Clear the browser cache or open a private browser window
  3. Navigate to 
  4. Log back in with your credentials

These steps may need to be performed multiple times.
