This article documents a known issue:
When visiting the Customer Portal site, some users may see a blank page instead of the expected content, such as the available Projects or the Project Overview information.
While the Liferay team works on a solution, if you are one of the affected users, please follow these steps to restore functionality:
- Sign out of your Liferay.com account by accessing this link.
- Clear the browser cache or open a private browser window
- Navigate to support.liferay.com
- Log back in with your Liferay.com credentials
These steps may need to be performed multiple times.
