The issue happens after the notification of a new account creation within Liferay, when the new user checks the email it inconsistently displays the link to update the account in this way:
"nullnull/portal/update_password?ticketKey=883f4aee-e6d1-fa93-6b2e-6a42008e69ab"
Environment
- DXP 7.4
Resolution
- Please update to Liferay DXP 7.4 Update 54+.
- Otherwise, it will be necessary to request a Hotfix including LPS-169455 in order to solve the issue.
