Issue
- When I log out, Liferay (the SAML SP) enters an infinite redirect loop in which the URL
/c/portal/logoutredirects to itself over and over, throwing a "too many redirects" error.

Resolution
- This is fixed by LPS-183707, which was released in DXP 7.4 Update 77
