- You might face a requirement where you need to update your database indexes, such as during an upgrade process or a database migration process

- Liferay DXP 7.0+
Resolution
- Up until Liferay DXP 7.3:
- setting the
database.indexes.update.on.startup=trueproperty in the portal-ext.properties will update the indexes for core tables such as User, ResourcePermission, etc., but not for module tables - therefore, you will have to run the
updateIndexesAllfrom the GoGo shell in order to update all indexes

- Please note that, we only delete the obsolete indexes and create the missed ones, we do not regenerate all indexes
