Known Issue: Customer Portal does not prompt login when user session expires
- When visiting the Customer Portal site after a period of inactivity, users may see blank sections or missing data instead of the expected content.
- This is a known issue
- While the Liferay team works on a solution, Customer Portal users can verify that their session is still active and log back in by navigating to login.liferay.com.
- After confirming the session is active, please refresh the Customer Portal pages to ensure all the content is displayed accordingly.
