Known Issue: Customer Portal does not prompt login when user session expires
Issue
When visiting the Customer Portal site after a period of inactivity, users may see blank sections or missing data instead of the expected content.

This is a known issue
While the Liferay team works on a solution, Customer Portal users can verify that their session is still active and log back in by navigating to login.liferay.com.
After confirming the session is active, please refresh the Customer Portal pages to ensure all the content is displayed accordingly.
