Issue
- When attempting to execute a CREATE FUNCTION(scalar) statement, the following error appears:
ERROR 1419 (HY000): You do not have the SUPER privilege and binary logging is enabled (you *might* want to use the less safe log_bin_trust_function_creators variable)

Resolution
- Set the LCP_GCP_DATABASE_FLAG_LOG_BIN_TRUST_FUNCTION_CREATORS environment variable to 1
Additional Information
- Running the CREATE DEFINER statement may produce a similar error: Liferay Experience Cloud - SM - DB user doesn't have super privileges for the database service
