When a user clicks the publish button to add an image, it goes to the default category UI

Issue

• When users work with categorization, they will notice that the categories admin image selection navigates differently. 

  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Navigate to Global Site> Content and Data> Categorization
  2) Add 'Category'
  3) After adding the above category > click three dots to edit it
  4) Navigate to the 'Image' tab
  5) Try to add an image to it via 'drag and drop'.
  6) Click on the Publish button
  Observed Behavior: When a user clicks the publish button, it goes to the default category UI, which should not be the case here because it works properly when the select option is used for uploading the same image.

Environment

• Liferay DXP 7.4 
• Commerce 4.0

Resolution

• The observed behavior is a known bug that has been addressed by COMMERCE-11975
