Issue
- Enable the email functionality, after submitting the form, getting the ''null'' value in the 'to' section of the email template.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Liferay DXP 7.4Observer behavior: Getting the "null' value in place of 'to name' in the email notification
2. Navigate to Control Panel > Notifications > Templates. Click on the add button to create a new template and fill in the necessary information.
3. Now, navigate to Control Panel >Objects. Create a new object, then create a new field inside the created objects.
4. Inside the created object, select the 'Action' tab, create a new action, and name the label, under 'Action Builder' apply the rule and click on 'Save'.
5. Navigate to Site Menu > Fragment and create a new fragment set and add the fragment, then select the 'Form Fragment' , choose the available option, click on 'add', and publish the form.
6. Create a page, drag and drop the 'form container', and map the form by selecting the object that we have created in the 2nd step.

Expected behavior: Should get the 'to name' in the email template instead of 'null'

Resolution
- The observed behavior is a known bug that has been addressed by LPS-183593
