No data is sent to Analytics Cloud after connecting to DXP

Issue

  • We have connected our DXP instance to Analytics Cloud
  • No data appears in AC, even after a few hours' wait

 

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.0+
  • Analytics Cloud

 

Resolution

  • Please access the DXP site from different browsers.
  • If tracking is blocked by default in a browser, it could cause this issue.
