Issue
- We are updating DXP 7.4 from Update-X to Update-Y following this article https://help.liferay.com/hc/es/articles/4415761553677
- Also we followed this article too: https://help.liferay.com/hc/en-us/articles/19663140037517
- But when system ends the upgrade process, the following message is showed in log:
2023-09-20 07:26:58.148 INFO [main][UpgradeRecorder:153] Major upgrade finished with result failureEnvironment
- Updating DXP 7.4
Resolution
- Check if any previous error message appears in the log. For example:
2023-09-20 07:26:02.926 ERROR [main][VerifyProperties:163] Portal property "dl.file.max.size" is obsolete- In this case, remove the obsolete property from portal-ext.properties file and rerun de upgrade process.
