CI service's monitoring data is not visible in cloud console

Issue

  • CI service is not showing any monitoring data after a certain date, post recent deployment on the LXC-SM environment

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.3+

Resolution

  • This behavior is usually encountered when there is some wrong values in the tuning parameters of the service.
  • Kindly make sure to revert any recent changes done in tuning parameter and check if the monitoring is back.
