CI service's monitoring data is not visible in cloud console

Note: please note that Liferay has renamed its Liferay Experience Could offerings to Liferay SaaS (formerly LXC) and Liferay PaaS (formerly LXC-SM).


  • CI service is not showing any monitoring data after a certain date, post recent deployment on the Liferay PaaS environment


  • Liferay DXP 7.3+


  • This behavior is usually encountered when there is some wrong values in the tuning parameters of the service.
  • Kindly make sure to revert any recent changes done in tuning parameter and check if the monitoring is back.
