We wanted to let you know about an issue affecting the storage values displayed in the Plans & Usage section of the Liferay Cloud console. Some customers have noticed that the displayed storage usage for their environments might not be accurate. For example, storage values for the Development environment may incorrectly show "0 GB" even though the actual usage is higher.
What You Need to Know:
- No Service Impact: This issue is purely informational and does not affect your actual storage or system performance. There is no risk to your business continuity.
- Possible Causes: The discrepancies could be due to data sync delays, configuration differences, or query errors.
Possible Root Causes:
- Data Sync Delays: There might be delays or errors in synchronizing data between our storage systems and the reporting interface.
- Configuration Differences: Specific configurations or custom setups in certain projects could cause mismatches in the reported storage values.
- Query Errors: Errors in the queries used to fetch storage data might lead to inaccurate information being displayed.
Our Response:
We are actively investigating these root causes and working diligently to develop a fix. Our goal is to resolve these inconsistencies as quickly as possible to ensure that the Plans & Usage section accurately reflects your storage usage.
