For any other incident, please test whether the issue can be reproduced when using:
- the latest fix pack for the portal/platform
- the latest LCS Client
Please provide the exact version or create date of the items above when you create a ticket, as well as the LCS logs located in the
[Liferay Home]/logs/lcs-portlet.log file.
If you are working with Liferay Support engineers on a performance, deployment or similar issue, and the affected server is registered with LCS, please confirm whether the Liferay Support engineers can join your project as Environment Viewers in LCS.
Having up-to-date information on the Liferay system and server metrics will make it easier for our Support engineers to assist you on the ticket.
