This article specifies the Liferay support policy for mobile devices when used with Liferay Digital Experience Platform, Liferay Portal EE, or Liferay Commerce ("the product"). Liferay Support offers support coverage for mobile devices and mobile browsers based on the product and its release date. Issues encountered while utilizing the Mobile Device Detection application are covered under the Marketplace Applications policy.

While using the product on Safari or Android mobile browsers it should be possible to access information. This includes navigation menus, content legibility and basic responsiveness of modules. This does not include access to administrative menus or views such as the control panel, site or page management, and other administrative tasks within the product. If an issue is encountered related to accessing information while using the product on Safari or Android mobile browsers, then the resolution of that issue is covered under the Product Defects policy.
