Why can’t I assign an Administrator or Requester role to my team member?

If all Support Seats are taken, you won’t be able to assign an Administrator or Requester role to team members. You’ll need to reassign roles from your other team members or contact your Liferay Contact for additional assistance. 

You can see how many Support Seats your project has and how many are available by looking at the top bar of the Team Members page.
