Disallow strangers to create accounts

Issue

• Stranger account creation is configurable through Instance Settings and portal.properties

Environment

• Liferay DXP

Resolution

• Stranger account creation can be enabled/disabled through any of the following mechanisms:
  
  • Control Panel > Instance Settings > User Authentication > Allow strangers to create accounts?
  • portal-ext.properties:
