How are the Workflows sorted in the "Form Settings" view? Can it be changed?

Issue

• We would like to know how the Workflows are sorted when navigating to Form Settings > Select a Workflow.
• Can we change the order or the sort method?
• Is it possible to hide some of the Workflows which we don't need for Forms?

 

Environment

• Liferay DXP 7.1

 

Resolution

• The Workflows are sorted according to the order they were created (so even if you edit them later, or rename them to be in alphabetical order, it won't update the list).
• There is no option or setting to change the order.
• It is not possible to hide Workflows from the list.
