We would like to inform you that there is a planned maintenance window for Analytics Cloud from Wednesday, May 24th to Friday, May 26th. There are no required actions for Analytics Cloud users, however, some metrics, dashboards and workspaces may be impacted during this planned maintenance.
What outcomes may I expect from this release?
This planned infrastructure maintenance will include changes in how data is processed and product defect resolutions including:
- Enhanced reliability and improved data consistency.
- More predictable processing times.
- Improved scalability regarding high traffic volumes.
How will I be impacted?
- There will be scheduled maintenance in our services from 8AM Pacific Time Wednesday, May 24th to 6PM Pacific Time Friday, May 26th.
- At any point during this window, some metrics and dashboards may not work as expected.
- At any point during this window, new data from data sources may be queued for later processing.
- Access to workspaces and analytics.liferay.com is expected to continue during this maintenance window. If you cannot access your workspace or analytics.liferay.com, please open a Help Center ticket.
During the maintenance period, data from data sources will continue to be ingested and no data loss is expected. All data from data sources will finish processing after the maintenance window has completed.
