Issue
- I'm accessing the Customer Portal but I don't see the ''Finish Activation'' option to start creation as directed by tutorial How do I activate my Analytics Cloud product? (Video Tutorial)

Resolution

To be able to request the creation of a Workspace, the user must have the Administrator role. on the Customer Portal.

It may happen that a Partner or a Customer manages to request the opening of tickets in the Help Center but is unable to request the creation of the Workspace in the Customer Portal because they only have the role of Requester.

To request this role to be updated, request to change the Role for any user who has the Administrator role.

If this is not possible, submit a ticket to the Help Center so that the Support team can help you with this issue.
