Unable to save home page, must use unique friendly url

Issue

• Cannot save a public and private page with the same Friendly URL on DXP 7.3.
• Upon saving you get the following error:
  • Please enter a unique friendly URL.

Environment

• DXP 7.3 

Resolution

• This is an intended behavior on 7.3 because there is a uniqueness constraint restricting the usage of identical friendly URLs. 
• We have changed this behavior in DXP 7.4, but we can't do the same in DXP 7.3 because it would require DB schema and API change, therefore the only option to have the same friendly URLs for public and private pages is upgrading to DXP 7.4.
• A workaround for the behavior is not to use the same Friendly URL's on public and private pages.
