cart total rule in discount portlet

Issue

• While publishing the Discount it's not showing as the cart total minimum account is required to fill.
• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Start Liferay DXP 7.4.
  2. Navigate to Discounts > Pricing > Commerce.
  3. Click on the "+" blue icon and create the discount. (Apply to and Type could be anything)
  4. Navigate to the rules section > Add discount rule (Rule Type is Cart Total)
  5. Click on Submit.
  6. Publish the discount.
  Expected Result: The "Cart Total Minimum Amount" must be asked for the filling of the amount before discount publishing.
  Actual Result: While only editing the rules, it's showing that the cart total minimum account is mandatory.

• Liferay DXP 7.4
• Commerce 4.0

Resolution

• The observed behavior is a known Liferay DXP bug which has been addressed in Liferay DXP 7.4 Update 92.
