Asset Publisher shows the webcontent folder instead of articles

Issue

• Web contents are listed in their respective folders

• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Start the server
  2. Navigate to Content & Data > Web Content.
  3. Create a Structure (say str-1) using 3 text fields.
  4. Create 3 web contents using str-1.
  5. Now, create 2 web content folders and create 2-3 web contents inside each using str-1.
  6. Navigate to the Home page.
  7. Add an asset publisher widget.
  8. Go to asset publisher configuration and under asset selection select manual.
  9. In asset entries select the str-1 structure.

  Expected Behavior: All the web contents should be listed directly.
  Observed Behavior: Web contents are listed in their respective folders. Only the web contents created outside a folder are listed directly.

Environment

• Liferay DXP 7.4 

Resolution

• The observed behavior is the expected behavior of the DXP.
• This change was implemented as a part of a story ticket: LPS-169728 under LPS-171587, however, a feature request has been submitted which can be tracked here: LPS-182978
