I cannot edit the Global web content friendly URL

Issue

• After upgrading to DXP 7.3 u32, I am not able to see the Global web content friendly URL. The field is missing at the web content admin of the Global site.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Start a 7.3 bundle with the latest update (u33)

2. Go to the Global site

3. Create a web content

4. Try to edit the friendly URL

Expected behavior: There should be a field to change the friendly URL.

Current behavior: The field is missing.

Environment

• Liferay DXP 7.4
• Liferay DXP 7.3
• Liferay DXP 7.2

Resolution

• The issue is a regression caused by the fix LPS-139624. The case is resolved by LPS-168249.
• If you are on DXP 7.4, please upgrade to update 54+
• If you are on DXP 7.2 and/or DXP 7.3, please request a hotfix for LPS-168249

Note: For DXP 7.2 and DXP 7.3 LPS-168249 will be included in a future fix pack/update release.
