Resolution

Liferay Commerce contains the following known issues, which will either be resolved through workarounds or in future Commerce releases. See our downloads page for the latest Liferay Commerce downloads.

Commerce 2.2.0

• COMMERCE-6789: Error thrown when navigating to Commerce Settings after installing Commerce lpkg
  • Workaround:
    1. Navigate to Control Panel > Apps > App Manager
    2. Stop Commerce
    3. Restart
• COMMERCE-6790: It is not possible to add an entry on Commerce BOM on 7.2
  • Workaround: After adding a BOM definition, add an image to the image field before navigating to the Entries tab.
• COMMERCE-6792: PayPal cart amount is not showing shipping costs when the product has subscription enabled
• COMMERCE-6798: Unable to process a subscription order

Commerce 2.1.3

• COMMERCE-6791: Cannot add BOM entries on 7.1
  • Workaround: After adding a BOM definition, add an image to the image field before navigating to the Entries tab.
• COMMERCE-6792: PayPal cart amount is not showing shipping costs when the product has subscription enabled
• COMMERCE-6798: Unable to process a subscription order

Commerce 2.1.2

• When running ds:unsatisfied, a user will see an unsatisfied dependency in com.liferay.commerce.machine.learning.impl.
  Resolution: The user can safely ignore this because there is no impact on functionality.

Commerce 2.1.1

• COMMERCE-4039: When adding a specifcation to a product, the top search result is always added and not the selected result - fixed in v2.1.2

Commerce 2.1.0

• COMMERCE-3418: It's not possible to add options to draft products - fixed in v2.1.1
• COMMERCE-3475: Password reset breaks Speedwell - fixed in v2.1.1
• COMMERCE-3375: Attempting to add a Specification/Option that already exists throws errors in the log - fixed in v2.1.2
• COMMERCE-2429: Pagination for Commerce Tables is lost when entering an item and clicking the back button
• COMMERCE-3440: Addresses are edited instead of created when trying to add a new address - fixed in v2.1.1
• COMMERCE-3416: Clicking on the links on the subscription page and then clicking on the portal back arrow breaks the page- fixed in v2.1.1
• COMMERCE-3476: Minium Account Management breaks if buyer user, member of a deactivated account, accesses it - fixed in v2.1.1
• COMMERCE-3237: Orders widget doesn't show a link to Shipments - fixed in v2.1.1
• COMMERCE-3399: Editing item quantity in placed order isn't reflected in the Catalog and Order summary - fixed in v2.1.1
• LPS-111445: NoSuchMethodError related to Headless when running 7.1 with Commerce on JBoss/Wildfly - fixed in Liferay DXP 7.1 Fix Pack 18+

Commerce 2.0.7

• COMMERCE-2601: Product Sort is not working - fixed in v2.1.0
• COMMERCE-2600: Customers using SQL Server or Oracle databases will experience errors when upgrading to Commerce 2.0.7. The issue will be fixed in a new release or customers can request a hotfix by opening a ticket. - fixed in v2.1.0

Commerce 2.0.0

• COMMERCE-1544: Prices can only be defined in the primary currency, regardless of the catalog’s currency. - fixed in v2.0.7
• A ParseException for com.liferay.headless.commerce.admin.catalog.impl:1.0.5 during startup. This error message can be safely ignored.

Commerce 1.1.1

• COMMERCE-1295: NPE thrown on Portal startup with Commerce 1.1.4 - fixed in v1.1.5
  Resolution: This error can be safely ignored because the system will recover on its own.

Commerce 1.1.1

• COMMERCE-964: Product publisher doesn't show product relations - fixed in v1.1.2
• COMMERCE-870: Products with multiple SKUs not working correctly (Minium) - fixed in v1.1.2
• COMMERCE-768: Specification Facets show up multiple times - fixed in v1.1.2
