Issue
- When I try to set a SVG image file as a site logo, the portal displays the error "Error: Please enter a file with a valid file type".
Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.3
Resolution
- Unfortunately, uploading image files with the .SVG extension as a site logo is a current limitation of Liferay DXP and this setting is not possible.
Additional Information
- There is a Feature Request open to include this functionality in a future release of Liferay.
- Its progress can be followed at LPS-60892. Voting for this request will also increase its visibility.
