Order Confirmation Error

Issue

  • When Seller Order Acceptance Workflow is enabled An error occurred while processing your payment is encountered on the order confirmation page.
  • Steps to reproduce:
    1. Create a 'Minium' site.
    2. Navigate to Channel. Click on the created channel. 
    3. Enable the Seller Order Acceptance Workflow.
    4. Go to the catalog page and add any product to the cart.
    5. Complete the checkout process.
    Expected Behavior: There must be no error on the order confirmation page.
    Actual Behavior:
    An error is encountered on the order confirmation page.

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.4
  • Commerce 4.0

Resolution

  • The observed behavior is a known issue and it is fixed in Liferay DXP 7.4 Update 2.
  • If the hotfix is required for this issue, please create a support ticket requesting a hotfix by attaching patch details.
  • Installing Fix Packs and Hotfixes on Liferay DXP will guide to installation of the hotfix in the respective environment.
