Enable BundleStartStopLogger log traces

Issue

• How to enable BundleStartStopLogger log traces to see module lifecycle events during startup.

Environment

• Liferay DXP 7.0+

Resolution

1. Stop the server.
2. If it doesn't exist create a folder named log4j inside $LIFERAY_HOME/osgi
3. Deploy the attached files inside the recently created folder: log4j.dtd, org.eclipse.osgi-log4j-ext.xml
4. Start the server.
