A site member/user cannot edit/delete their comments on the Page Comments widget

Issue

• Site members/Users are not able to delete or edit their own page comments on the Page Comments widget.

Environment

• DXP 7.0, DXP 7.1, DXP 7.2, DXP 7.3, DXP 7.4 
• 6.2.X EE

Resolution

• The behavior is easily configured by adding the following information to the portal-ext.properties file: 

discussion.comments.always.editable.by.owner=true
