Blog view count is not increasing for specific display page templates inside asset publisher

Issue

• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Start Liferay DXP 7.3 SP3.
  2. Create a new blog entry and deploy the blog on the page.
  3. Create a new Display Page Template, by navigating to Design > Page Templates > Display Page Templates and create a new entry for blogs.
  4. Navigate to the page where blog entries were deployed.
  5. Create a new entry and select the 'Specific Page Template' which we've created in Step 4 > Publish.
  6. Deploy the asset publisher portlet on the page.
  7. Click on the configurations of the asset publisher > select Display Template as 'Title List' > Save and then Publish the page.
  8. Click on the blog of the asset publisher and notice the count view is not increasing in the blog.

  Expected Result: The blog view count must increase if the user creates the blog with the help of a specific page template or without a template.
  Actual Result: The blog view count is not increasing with using templates.

• Liferay DXP 7.3

Resolution

• The observed behavior is a known issue/bug.
• If a hotfix is required for this issue, please create a support ticket requesting a hotfix by attaching patch details.
• Installing Fix Packs and Hotfixes on Liferay DXP will guide to installation of the hotfix in the respective environment.
