ADA Accessibility - Text appears to be Heading 1 but not announced by screenreader as Heading 1

Issue

Expected Result:

All text which are visually appearing as text is recognized as text by the screen reader.

Actual Result:

There is text content visually appearing as heading but not recognized as heading by the screen reader.
Note : All the bold text visible when user selects different toggle buttons.
 
Steps to Reproduce:
Tools: JAWS
1. Open the HR Portal home page
2. Navigate "Menu button to the top left. Click on Content and Data-> Documents & Media->Document types ->Add new Document types.
3. Activate JAWs and drag and drop right side elements and observe the content appearing on the right side.

• DXP 7.4, prior to update 67

Resolution

• This issue has been addressed in update 67 via LPS-168481
• Please contact Liferay Support to request a hotfix for versions prior to U67
