Issue
- We would like to use JDK 17 but we see that it is not listed in the Compatibility Matrix
Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.0+
Resolution
- JDK 17 is not supported as of yet. However, it is already being considered
- The same goes for anything else that is not included in the Compatibility Matrix. If you don't see it in the list, that means it's not supported by Liferay at that moment
- If you would like it to be supported in the future, please open a ticket with your request, and Liferay Support Team will add you to the list of customers who would like JDK 17 to be added to the Compatibility Matrix
