How can I enable reCAPTCHA in my Liferay SaaS environment

Note: please note that Liferay has renamed its Liferay Experience Could offerings to Liferay SaaS (formerly LXC) and Liferay PaaS (formerly LXC-SM).

Issue

  • In my Liferay SaaS environment I cannot see the option to configure reCAPTCHA
  • I can't configure reCAPTCHA at the instance level in my Liferay SaaS environment

Environment

  • Liferay SaaS

Resolution

  • While LPS-148764 is not resolved, the reCAPTCHA configuration is managed on the System Settings only.
  • In order for us to support you on this topic and enable reCAPTCHA, you need to open a ticket in the Help Center and provide us with your reCAPTCHA public and private keys so that we can configure it.
