Users appear in the Export File but Not in the Liferay Control Panel

Issue

• When using the Export Users functionality, we notice that the resulting file has more users than those listed in the Control Panel.

Environment

• Liferay DXP 7.0+

Resolution

• To resolve the issue, re-index User Model index or All Search indexes in order to sync the index Liferay is accessing with the database.

Additional Information

• Users May Appear in the Database but Not in Liferay Control Panel
• Should we reindex all search indexes on a regular basis?
