Users are unable to upload .xlsx and .xlsb file extensions to the application, after the issue was investigated and it was determined that the issue began appearing following the Liferay upgrade from DXP 7.3 to DXP 7.4 and the Gradle dependencies for POI OOXML are failing.

Third-parties versions can be verified from the versions.html file. Please navigate to the following path in the {liferay_home} to get the versions.html, and check which version of Apache POI needs to be used:
