user is unable to disable the 'Password Changed Notification' and 'Password Reset Notification'

Issue

User is able to disable the 'Account Created Notification'. However, there are no options for turning off the 'Password Changed Notification' and 'Password Reset Notification' notifications.

As this can be an important feature, the feature request is already opened and can be tracked here LPS-9602

This has been not yet considered for implementation, and considering the same in future releases is up to the discretion and priorities of our developer team.
