How to add custom Meta tags to specific page

Issue

• We added the following meta tags via the page settings, but that generated html code is encoded and it is not working:
  

  <meta content="&lt;html lang=&#34;fi&#34;/&gt;
  
  &lt;meta name=&#34;sdg-tag&#34; content=&#34;sdg&#34;/&gt;
  
  &lt;meta name=&#34;DC.ISO3166&#34; content=&#34;FI&#34;/&gt;
  
  &lt;meta name=&#34;DC.Service&#34; content=&#34;information&#34;/&gt;
  
  &lt;meta name=&#34;policy-code&#34; content=&#34;B5;B6;K1&#34;/&gt;" lang="fi-FI" name="description" />.

Resolution

• On 7.1.x, it is only possible to add text strings that will be added in a similar fashion to the portal.
  Both the description and the robots meta tags have distinct functionality based on the following articles:

Additional Information

• If you would like to customize this using an OOTB feature, that feature was introduced in LPS-100973, which was released for 7.3. So the best option would be upgrading to that patch level.
