Web Content Display portlet loses the selected Web Content when upgrading to Fix Pack 20

Issue

• After upgrading Liferay DXP 7.2 from Fix Pack 8 to Fix Pack 20, the Web Content Display portlets lost references to selected Web Content.

Environment

• Liferay DXP 7.2

Resolution

• The issue is happening because the articleId inside the column preferences from table PortletPreferences is being lost after the upgrade.
• The issue is being addressed by LPS-167139 and LPS-169664.
• Please request a Hotfix with these fixes based on Fix Pack 20 to resolve the issue.
• After installing the Hotfix, the upgrade needs to be executed again on the database of Fix Pack 8.
