Previewing a web content with a Display Page Template does not work if a theme is applied

Issue
As an Asset Library admin, I want to be able to preview web contents through the connected sites' display page templates, so that I can make changes accordingly without having to switch sites.
Environment
DXP 7.4
DXP 7.3
Resolution
This can be achieved by either upgrading to the latest version of 7.4 or requesting a hotfix from Liferay Support with LPS-163800 included.
