Issue
- The user has created and uploaded a react fragment, but is unable to edit the same.

- Liferay DXP 7.3
- Liferay DXP 7.4
Resolution
- This is an intended behavior of the Liferay, to avoid bad experiences when manipulating the React Fragment and only compiled version imported.
