How to improve cases where a Rest Module isn't built?

Issue

• From time to time some Rest Modules are not being built using Gradle.

Environment

• Liferay 7.3
• Liferay 7.4

Resolution

• The common and initial suggestion is always to download and use the latest Workspace + DevStudio.
• Another suggestion is to navigate to settings.gradle file, here in line "classpath(group: "com.liferay", name: "com.liferay.gradle.plugins.workspace", version: "6.1.0")", changing the version to the latest could also help. This action will download the latest packages that are necessary for the build to be created.  

Additional Information

• The Workspace + DevStudio and the latest Liferay-updates have to be in sync at all times when creating new Liferay modules. The aim is to always use the latest Workspace + DevStudio.
