Issue
- Scrolling to a specific div from URL (i.e. www.yourdomain.com/yourpage#scrollme) is not working on Liferay Pages if we add Liferay Form on the page.

Once the form is loaded the page is scrolled to the top

- DXP 7.4 prior to Update 73
Resolution
- If you face the described behavior you have the following options to consider:
- Upgrade to Liferay DXP 7.4 update 73 or higher
- Contact Liferay support to create a hotfix that addresses the behavior.
