In Global Menu → Control Panel → CONFIGURATION → System Settings → COMMERCE there is the Google Merchant option with two configurations:
Product Definition System Configuration
SFTP Upload Configuration
I would like to know how these configurations work.
Is there any documentation about it?

Unfortunately, the Google Merchant Center Integration was never implemented and therefore there is no documentation on these settings.
