• How do we toggle the requirement for strangers to verify their email address 

Environment

• DXP 7.4

Resolution

• This setting can be toggled by going to:
  Instance Settings > User Authentication. From here, you can toggle the tickbox for "Require Strangers to Verify their Email Address". 
  
  This setting can be turned off in order to achieve the same effect as setting the value "company.security.strangers.verify=false"in your portal-ext.properties file.
