Whether you are part of a brand new project which is just starting or you are now joining an already existing project, this article is for you! Follow along to learn how to access, activate and make the most of your Liferay Support resources.
Start by choosing your offering:
Liferay SaaS
1. To kick off your Liferay SaaS project, please fill out the activation form available in the Customer Portal.
For more information regarding the activation form, please refer to: How do I activate my Liferay SaaS? (Video Tutorial)
Once you submit the activation form, Liferay will create your project's environments. The administrator contacts provided in the form will be notified by email when the setup is completed.
Once your designated Administrators receive the invitations via email, they will be able to login to the Liferay environments and invite the other team members.

Liferay PaaS
1. Access and setup your Liferay Environments
To kick off your Liferay PaaS project, please fill out the activation form available in the Customer Portal.

Liferay DXP Self-Hosted (On Premise or Own Cloud)
1. Access and setup your Liferay Environments
To kick off your Liferay Self-Hosted project, start by downloading the latest release of Liferay DXP: Liferay Downloads.
Leverage the Product Activation in Customer Portal to generate new activation keys. For more information about your options, please refer to: How do I activate my Liferay DXP? (Video Tutorial) and Activation Keys FAQ.
