If you configured Zendesk Chat Provider in an earlier version of 7.4, you may notice that it is missing in Instance Settings after upgrading to a Quarterly Release

Resolution
The original Zendesk Chat Provider was renamed as Zendesk Web Widgets Classic for the Quarterly Releases. The functionality remains the same, but if any issues arise please open up a Help Center ticket for further assistance.
