ADDED FEATURE: SEGMENTING BY CUSTOM EVENTS
This new functionality focuses on enabling Analytics Cloud users to segment by Custom Events rather than relying solely on out-of-the-box events. This enhancement will deliver significant value by allowing the creation of personalized experiences in DXP through the use of enriched data from Custom Events. It will also improve filtering capabilities, enabling more precise analysis and segmentation. Additionally, we will implement error-handling scenarios for segments with hidden events, alerting users when a segment is no longer operational.
ADDED FEATURE: POLISHING DOWNLOADING REPORTS / PATH ANALYSIS
This initiative focuses on enhancing the user interface (UI) of both the Downloading Reports and Path Analysis tools, establishing a cohesive design pattern across them. In particular, we are standardizing the presentation of Download Reports, including various formats such as PDF and CSV, within the Downloading Reports feature. This strategic investment underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that effectively address the evolving needs of our stakeholders.
ADDED FEATURE: INCLUDE ALL SEARCH TERMS IN THE SEARCH TERMS CARD
Previously, the Search Terms card displayed only the top 5 keywords users searched for on the site, providing limited insights. With this update, you'll now have access to a comprehensive list of all search terms, offering a much clearer understanding of user behavior. This improvement will help you optimize for a wider range of keywords, leading to better insights and more effective strategies.
BUG FIXES
- Fixed a bug where the empty state of the Site Activities card was being displayed on assets.
- Fixed a bug where the color of the legend for graphs was incorrectly displaying both known and anonymous individuals/members.
- Fixed a bug where a deleted user in the Admins AC continued to appear in the User Management list for all workspaces they previously had access to.
- Fixed a bug where some cards weren't using the date range of the download report when accessing the workspace through the "Access Workspace" link available in the PDF.
- Fixed a bug where the suggestions for custom fields, when creating a segment, did not add people to the segment even when they matched the exact value of the custom field attribute.
- Fixed a bug where the download report only displayed part of the page name if it was a long name.
- Fixed a bug where the page URL was displayed encoded when the page had a name in Japanese on some AC pages.
- Fixed a bug where the number of page views was not equal between Event Analysis and Subscription & Usage.
- Fixed a bug where the autocomplete suggestion did not appear for the Referrer and URL criteria in the dynamic segment.
- Fixed a bug where an individual synced with the AC only appeared as anonymous and was not being resolved.
- Fixed a bug where the CSV file downloaded from the individual's page showed interactions of all individuals in the property.
- Fixed a bug where, when trying to click on the Export Log button in the Request Log section, the user was redirected to a blank page.
- Fixed a bug where, when clicking the Download button in the Suppressed Users Export list or Data Privacy Export Logs modal, the CSV document was not downloaded.
