Analytics Cloud Known Issues

This article documents the major known issues for Analytics Cloud that are being worked on by our product engineers, as well as their current status. These issues are updated on a weekly basis, so information may not be fully up to date. Please review this information before opening a ticket.

CALCULATIONS BETWEEN VISITORS BEHAVIOR AND VISITOR BY SEGMENTS DO NO MATCH

Go to Touchpoints > Pages. When viewing a page with visitor segments, the number of visitors in the Visitor Behavior card and the Visitor by Segments card do not match. Thus, the percent totals of segmented and nonsegmented visitors are inaccurate.

PAGES WITH NO VIEWS STILL DISPLAY A URL ON THE PATH REPORT

If there is a page that have no visitor views, on the Touchpoints > Pages > Path Report, there system displays a link allegedly coming from another page, even though that no other page has clicked into it.

WHEN DELETING A COMMENT AND ADDING A NEW ONE, THE ADDED COMMENT IS NOT PROCESSED ON ANALYTICS CLOUD.

When an existing blog comment is deleted and a new one added on DXP, the second comment should have been displayed in the Visitor Behavior > Comments metric section. Instead, this new comment is missing from the dashboard.

DOCUMENTS' AGGREGATE RATINGS ARE CALCULATED INCORRECTLY WHEN MORE THAN ONE USER IS RATING THE SAME ASSET SIMULTANEOUSLY

When multiple users have rated the same document in the Documents and Media portlet, the rating displayed in the Touchpoint > Assets > Documents and Media should be the aggregate sum of the ratings (2 stars + 2 stars + 3 stars = 7/10). Instead, the most recent 3-stars rating is not included.W

BLOG RATINGS FROM 'MORE BLOG ENTRIES' ARE NOT BEING DISPLAYED ON ANALYTICS CLOUD

In Asset > Blog, the system does not display the correct rating (for example, 4 out 10) and displays 0/10 for this Rating metric. This issue is specific to the second or third blog entry down the page seen only after clicking 'More Blog Entries.'

[ASSETS > FORMS] THE NUMBER OF VIEWS BETWEEN VISITORS BEHAVIOR AND FIELD ANALYSIS
IS BEING PLOTTED DIFFERENTLY

In Assets > Forms, the number of views between Visitors Behavior and Field Analysis is being plotted differently. According to https://help.liferay.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007130291-Form-Analytics, the height of the first bar shows the total number of people (Views) who have interacted with the form in any way, even just scrolling past it on the page. However, it is possible to see different numbers for the same time range on Visitors Behavior card (for example, 22 views) but on view on Field Analysis (23 views).

Instead of seeing segments and accounts that have interests related to that individual, there are no results.

Once a user has signed in using Internet Explorer 11, they are redirected to a grey screen and are unable to select an environment.

Segments, accounts, or individuals starting with capital letter are sorted first. If there are segments, accounts, or individuals starting with lowercase, they will show up as last in the list if ascending, and as the first in descending
